NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-028912 (H), of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, F.S.B., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff and RICARDO A. ESPITALETA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICARDO A. ESPITALETA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; LAKESIDE COMMUNITY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, OF LAKESIDE TRACT A1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
