NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 27, 2012, in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-004944-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and ROSEMARIE O'SHAUGHNESSY, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of December, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 33, Building 12, VIZCAYA HEIGHTS CONDOMINIUM 8, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 8976, Page 4535, together with all Supplements and Amendments thereto as filed in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant to said unit as set forth in Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
