Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Rescheduling dated October 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-012725-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-13 is the Plaintiff, and TROY BLANCHARDTROY BLANCHARD A/K/A TROY S. BLANCHARD, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 14, BLOCK “G”, EAST VIEW PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “G” PAGE 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 13th day of November, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
