ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-84 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-84 is the Plaintiff, and RYAN PALMER, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 510 OF UPTOWN PLACE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8032, PAGE 138, AND ALL AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 13th day of November, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
