Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Rescheduling dated October 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-022089-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-61 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-61 is the Plaintiff, and OMAR MORA, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 208 I BUILDING NO. 58 OF THE HAMPTONS AT METROWEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7830, AT PAGE 2283, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11 AM on the 13th day of November, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
