NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12 day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-020822-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P. is the Plaintiff and ANGELA M. MULL, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR AMNET MORTGAGE, INC., DBA AMERICAN MORTGAGE NETWORK OF FLORIDA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 27th day of November, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING 202 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTH 1/4 CORNER OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE EAST 62 FEET, THENCE NORTH 301 FEET, THENCE WEST 62 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 301 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
