NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that certain Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2012, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-013235-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein MARY SUE HONN, as trustee under THE LITTLE FAMILY TRUST, dated September 22, 1998, and any amendments thereafter is the Plaintiff and THOMAS M. BOSWELL, DISCOVER BANK, CHASE BANK USA, N.A., AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell online via the internet to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 11:00 AM, on the 20th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
