All right, title and interest of Debtor, Donna Suzanne Bonham, in and to a ninety percent (90%) membership interest in Urban Flats, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company, and all right, title and interest of Debtor, Donna Suzanne Bonham, in and to a seventy-seven and fifty-four hundredths percent (77.54%) membership interest in Hip Urban Brands, LLC, a Florida limited liability company and all books and records (including computerized records, software and disks) evidencing or otherwise relating to any of the foregoing.
at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at time of sale.
