NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-020218-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and CHRISTINE LIANG, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 4543, THE RESIDENCES AT VERANDA PARK, 4000 GRANDE AVENUE, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 9527, Page 4382, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
