NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-031761-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein SOVEREIGN BANK, is Plaintiff, and CRAIG R. BRYAN, SR A/K/A CRAIG R. BRYAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
