NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-17681, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAP LLC TRUST 2007-AA2 is the Plaintiff and KRISTOPHER KEELER; SARATSATARAL KEELER FKA SARATSATARAL NATSAGDORJ A/K/A SARATSATARAL NATRSAGDORI, AKA SARANTSATSRAL NATSAGDORJ; NASANTSATSRAL NATSAGDORJ A/K/A NARANTSATSRAL NATSAGDORJ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; SILVER BEND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NASANTSATSRAL NATSAGDORJ A/K/A NARANTSATSRAL NATSAGDORJ N/K/A NARANTSATSRAL NATSAGDORJ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 26th day of November, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, SILVER BEND UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 4 AND 5 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
