NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-031312-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF SAMI II 2006-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR4, is Plaintiff, and CARLOS A. BARRETO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 308, BUILDING 4 OF THE BORDEAUX, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 8284, PAGE 3053 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
