NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Commission of the Town of Oakland will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at 7:00 PM at the Town Meeting Hall, 221 Arrington Street, Oakland to consider the item(s) listed below:
1. HEARING NUMBER: VAR 12-04

ZONING DISTRICT: R-1
REQUEST: A variance to reduce the rear yard setback from twenty-five (25) feet to ten (10) feet.

Interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing or provide written comments on the agenda item to the Town Clerk.
