NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-019463-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. wells fargo bank, n.a., as trustee, for carrington mortgage loan trust, series 2006-nc3 asset-backed pass-through certificates (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and marilyn singh; burton m. singh; equilliance, llc; courtney landing condominium, association, inc.; unknown tenant #1 in possession of the subject property n/k/a jeff ingram, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 30 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
condominium unit 5-525, courtney landing, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, thereof recorded in official record book 8239, page 2982, of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
