NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated August 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-034736 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-82 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-82 is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE R. HERRICK A/K/A CATHERINE ROSE HERRICK, NATIONAL CITY BANK, ORANGE COUNTY. FLORIDA, RONALD CHARLES WRIGHT and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of October, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

from the southwest corner of the south 1/2 of the east 1/2 of the south 1/2 of the north 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of section 12, township 22 south, range 28 east, orange county, florida, run thence n 87º40'11” E along the south line of said south 1/2 of the east 1/2 of the south 1/2 of the north 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 a distance of 200.00 feet for a point of beginning; thence run n 00º13'28” w a distance of 144.51 feet; thence n 87º45'06” E a distance of 430.95 feet to the west right-of-way line of pioneer road; thence s 00º27'38” e along said west right-of-way line a distance of 143.88 feet to the south line of the south 1/2 of the east 1/2 of the south 1/2 of the north 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of said section 12; thence s 87º40'11” w along said south line, a distance of 431.57 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
