Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2012-CA-000227-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY FKA BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF VENDEE MORTGAGE TRUST 1999-3 is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM LACAILLADE, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 62, RIO PINES, UNIT 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 74, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 4th day of October, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
