Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 21, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2012-CA-001012, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE7 is Plaintiff, and JAMIE L. PATTERSON F/K/A JAMIE L. PAULL A/K/A JAMIE PATTERSON, PHILLIP S. PATTERSON A/K/A PHILLIP PATTERSON, HARBOUR HEIGHTS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. and unknown person(s) in possession of the subject property n/k/a jackie mitchell, are Defendants.
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 26th day of November, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 26 AND 27, BLOCK 26, HARBOUR HEIGHTS, SECTION 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 84A THROUGH 84B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 3091 Daffodil Terrace, Punta Gorda, FL 33983.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
