NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 21, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-002634 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JANET A. CANNELONGO; CINDY ANNE ROBY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CINDY ANNE ROBY N/K/A MARK SIDNEY ROBY N/K/A MARK SIDNEY ROBY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; LAKE VIEW II CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE LAKE PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 104, BUILDING D, PHASE 2, LAKE VIEW II CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2896, PAGE 2061, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGE 12A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
