NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-054225 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and KAREN D. MORGAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 161.15 feet of lot or block numbered two (2) of the certain subdivision known as a subdivision of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 44 South, Range 25 East, (commonly called “Guava Grove Subdivision”) as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 17, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Subject to right-of-way of Edgewood Avenue.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
