NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2012, entered in Case No.: 11-CA-051392 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is Plaintiff, and ROUNDMAN EQUITY HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, et al , are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Lee County Courthouse, by electronic sale at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com , in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 24th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 203, Building 2 of OAK RIDGE CENTER CONDOMINIUM, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2006000471861, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
