NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 21, 2012, in Case No. 52-2011-CA-011954 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Keiki Makino and Masako Nagatomo, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 4th day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as UNIT No. D-203, PHASE III, MAIDSTONE CONDOMINIUM, and as an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of Declaration of Condominium of MAIDSTONE CONDOMINUIM, as recorded in Official Records Book 5645, Pages 226 through 325, and amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 72, Pages 55 through 60 and amended in Condominium Plat Book 73, Pages 105 through 108, Public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
