NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 14, 2012, in Case No. 09-14657 CI 008 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association in its capacity, as Trustee for the Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-SHL1, is Plaintiff, and Theodore C. Wolfe, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 28th day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED OR BOOK 14558, PAGE 888 ID 03 31 16 12654 002 0070M BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 7, BLOCK B BUCKEYE, FILED IN PLAT OR BOOK 6 PAGE 76.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
