NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated August 22, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-016328 CI 20 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein MSF TRUST I is the Plaintiff and JOE F. PIUMELLI, III, YVONNE PIUMELLI, are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 27, 2012 at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 86 of Woodmont Park, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 43, on Page 69, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
