NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated July 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-004375 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-7, Plaintiff and Ismet Gjeloshi are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK D, HARBOR BLUFF'S SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 23 AND 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
