Commence at the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida; thence South 86° 48'21” East along the South boundary of said Northwest 1/4 (centerline of County Road No. 124- 142nd Avenue), 390.79 feet; thence North 00° 27'15” West, 33.07 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way of said County Road No. 124; thence South 86° 48'21” East, 30.06 feet along said Northerly right-of-way line for a Point of Beginning; thence North 01°27'12” East, 150.22 feet; thence North 89°32'45” East, 35.00 feet; thence North 00°27'15” West, 647.32 feet; thence South 86°48'21” East, 89.18 feet; thence South 00°27'15” East, 800.00 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of said County Road No. 124; thence North 86°48'21” West, along said Northerly right-of-way line 129.26 feet to the Point of Beginning.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon plaintiff's attorney, Kira B. Doyle, Esquire, whose address is P.O. Box 13757, St. Petersburg, FL 33733, on or before October 8, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
