Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC1, is the Plaintiff and Harpaul Dhaliwall, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee and Custodian for HSBC Bank USA, NA, Eagle's Glen Condominium Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Ellen Wholey, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 1st day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
