NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Sale dated August 28th, 2012 and a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2009, and entered in Case No. 52 2008 CA 003226 XX CICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-FM2, is Plaintiff and CYNTHIA A. BOYD, et.al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 11, OF PATRIOT SQUARE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE(S) 55 THROUGH 58, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3929, PAGES 725 THROUGH 779, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
