A PORTION OF LOT 29 AND 30, IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF PINELLAS GROVE, INC., AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TRIPP SCOTT, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 110 S.E. 6th Street, 15th Floor, 33301, on or before October 8, 2012, (no later than 30 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Action) and file this original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
