NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522010CA009986XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and SAVA JEKICH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; TOWN APARTMENTS, INC., NO. 18, A CONDOMINIUM; LJILJANA JEKICH; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28th day of September, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 2838, PAGE 636, AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4486, PAGE 2062; O.R. BOOK 5037, PAGE 127; O.R. BOOK 5134, PAGE 689; O.R. BOOK 6400, PAGE 347; O.R. BOOK 6926, PAGE 1644; O.R. BOOK 6953, PAGE 863 AND O.R. BOOK 6953, PAGE 684 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 12 AND 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
