NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522009CA013298XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NA is the Plaintiff and VERONICA LOPEZ; BANK OF AMERICA NA; TIERRA I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; TIERRA VERDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; JULIO C. LOPEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28th day of September, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 307, OF TIERRA I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE (S) 43 THROUGH 47, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5067, PAGE 9 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
