NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 27, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-013554 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., as Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff and MILORAD VIDIC, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of September , 2012 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 302, Building No. 3, of Peppertree Village Condominium, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 45, Pages(s) 16-19, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5086, Page 615-665 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration of Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
