NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 15, 2012, and entered in Case No.: 11-12303CI-015 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein JOHN BOSWELL is the Plaintiff and CHERYL L. GRIMES and JASON A. GLICKMAN are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 5, BLOCK C-1, HARMONY HEIGHTS SECTION FIVE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 52, Pages 63-64, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 8365 - 59th Street North, Pinellas Park, FL 33781.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
