Unit 1604, Penthouse Greens, The Fairway, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 4334, Pages 1005 through 1045, inclusive, and refiled in Official Records Book 4335, Page 1725, and any amendments thereto, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, Pages 10 through 14, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 225 Country Club Drive #F-1604, Largo, Florida, 33771.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 31, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
