NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-016167 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for the benefit of the certificateholders of Nomura Home Equity Loan, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FM2, Plaintiff and Joshua A. Erwin and Laurna E. Erwin, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 5, AND RUN THENCE ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 5 SOUTH 28°35'00” WEST, 78.71 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 61°25'00” WEST, 0.50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 45°37'58” WEST, 106.88 FEET THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SALL'S 1ST ADDITION, UNIT I, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE ALONG THE SAID EAST BOUNDARY, SOUTH 00°14'26” EAST, 66.04 FEET; DEPARTING SAID EAST BOUNDARY, THENCE ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF LOT 6, BLOCK D, BROOKHILL UNIT II, NORTH 28°35'00” WEST, 160.06 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
