NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 24, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-002731 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC 1, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST, GERALD J. LUNDE A/K/A GERALD JOSEPH LUNDE, DECEASED; LANA LUNDE AKA LANA H.
