NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 010169, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC. REPERFORMING LOAN REMIC TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R3 is Plaintiff and GRACIELA BALBOA; RUBEN BALBOA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82, SUNNY LAKES ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 73 THROUGH 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
