NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-000022 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Joseph J. Maurio, Jr. are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on October 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 1, ISLAND PARADISE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1329, PAGES 570 THROUGH 627, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 148 THROUGH 151, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
