NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24 day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-1839-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FINANCIAL FREEDOM ACQUISITION LLC is the Plaintiff and WESTGATE AT IMPERIAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 25 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT M-103, WESTGATE AT IMPERIAL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1924, PAGES 854 THROUGH 931, INCLUSIVE AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
