Alford are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on September 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 135, FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4, LESS THE SOUTH 250 FEET OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
