notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000036, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. d/b/a 1st Advantage Mortgage, LLC, Plaintiff and Ralph Allen Reno are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on September 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT C, BUILDING 3, TROPIC SCHOONER CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 981, PAGES 1567 THROUGH 1723, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
