notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-003708, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Ellsworth D. McIntyre and Karen J. McIntyre, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on September 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF TRACT 83, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 32, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 21 AND 22.

ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 1, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS REDDY ESTATE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
