notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-000910, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Brenda S. Little a/k/a Brenda Little are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on September 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 8, GROUP E, HARBOR LAKES OF NAPLES, INC. A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 352, PAGES 610 THROUGH 631, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2136,, PAGES 1906 THROUGH 1989, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
