notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-001925, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Robert A. Laskowski, as Personal Representative of The Estate of Richard A. Wozniak, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on September 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, RIVIERA COLONY GOLF ESTATES, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 76 AND 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
