NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 112008CA0045430001XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and MARTHA D. COMPTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTHA D. COMPTON IF ANY; JOE F. COMPTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOE F. COMPTON IF ANY; MATTHEW COMPTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATTHEW COMPTON IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; PEBBLEBROOKE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 27 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 49 OF PEBBLEBROOKE LAKES, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE(S) 81-84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
