Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Partial Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed the 24th day of May, 2012, and an Order on Plaintiffs Emergency Ex Parte Motion to Vacate Foreclosure Sale and Certificate of Title and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed the 29 day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-006940 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK, N.A. f/k/a PREMIER AMERICAN BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and VINTAGE BAY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, DBA DEVELOPMENT, LLC, AVI BARON, NAPLES SEALCOAT, INC. d/b/a GRIFFITH PAVING, VINTAGE BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and RADC/CADC VENTURE 2010-2, LLC are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online foreclosure auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 28 day of September, 2012 at 9:00 A.M., the following described property as set forth in said Partial Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:

Units D-9, D-12, D-15, D-20, D-21, D-26, and D-29, Building D, in Vintage Bay, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2325, Page 2368, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; TOGETHER with the undivided interest in the Common Elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described Dwelling Units.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
