NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-005444 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP , Plaintiff, and, VILMA VALDES, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk shall the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 25, 2012 @ 11:00 AM at 1ST FLOOR ATRIUM OF THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL, NAPLES, FL 34112 for the following described property:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 102, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 62, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 87 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
