UNIT NO. 3, BUILDING 4, OF TRA-VIGNE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1437, PAGE 296, AND AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2660, PAGE 2462, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREA AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
