Notice is given that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 24, 2012 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County Florida, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Unit 4106, Naples Winterpark VII, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium for Naples Winterpark VII, recorded in Official Record Book 1421, Pages 431 through 505 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
for cash on September 27, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Collier County Courthouse, the Atrium Area, 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
