NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 24, 2012, in Case No. 10-3109-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Vintage Harvest Estates Partnership and Michael P. Guinta, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, at 11:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 25th day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, BLOCK 132, MARCO BEACH UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLOT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
