NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 1004254CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, The Office of Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 am on the 27 day of September, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. F-4, ABACO BAY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3764, PAGE 850, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
